These terms describe the practical boundaries for using BidDesk AI, including selected Google Drive file import and human-reviewed AI outputs.
BidDesk AI provides AI-assisted bid intake, document organization, extraction, risk flags, draft emails, and bid workflow tools for subcontractors and small contractors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, keeping account information accurate, and using BidDesk AI only for materials you are authorized to process. Owner and workspace permissions control access inside the app.
You may upload, paste, or select bid-related materials from Google Drive. You represent that you have the right to provide those materials for processing. Do not add confidential or third-party materials unless you are authorized to do so.
Google Drive import is selected-file only. BidDesk AI imports the files you choose in Google Picker and does not scan Drive, sync folders, request broad Drive access, or store refresh tokens.
AI extraction, risk flags, summaries, dates, and draft emails are suggestions. BidDesk AI does not provide legal, insurance, bonding, tax, or professional construction advice. Your team must verify dates, scope, requirements, exclusions, and business decisions.
BidDesk AI does not send emails automatically. Draft emails are user-reviewed and user-controlled. Calendar handoff and other external actions should be reviewed before use.
Paid plans, checkout, and subscription management may be handled through Stripe-hosted pages. Plan limits, pricing, and availability may change as the product evolves.
Do not use BidDesk AI to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malicious content, bypass access controls, probe systems without permission, or process files you are not allowed to share.
BidDesk AI may change, pause, or discontinue features as the service improves. We try to keep the app useful and available, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
